Community Outreach for kids
As witnessed by some of our youngest leaders for social change, this next generation is a mighty one, so we wanted to do our part connecting kids with empowering ways to help horses. By showing kids ways they can help horses in need, we build their confidence while fostering a sense of community, connection and belonging.
This kit was developed for parents, family members, older siblings, teachers or community leaders to use to talk to their young ones about giving back. It highlights how anyone can make a difference, no matter their age. |
This kit includes explanations and exercises on the following topics:
- Inspiring examples of young ones making a big impact.
- What is a charitable cause?
- Considerations when selecting a product to sell for a cause.
- What is profit and how to calculate it.
- How to create effective and catchy advertising and events.
- Ways to be an engaging ambassador for a cause.
