ricky's freedom walk: July 27, 2024 Thank you very much to our rescue Directors for taking their time to make a one-day trip to Baldwin Shelter, four hours each way, to a wonderful Southern California equine sanctuary and back to Simi Valley on July 27. 2024. This saved Ricky's life and landed him in a "happily ever after" situation.  successful fundraiser helps aghr horses Thank you to the management and staff at The Open Book, Simi Valley, and to our supporters, for helping us with our July 13, 2024 Fundraiser.  Between July 17 and August 16, 2024, Animal Guardians Horse Rescue, Inc. is running an online Regal Cinemas movie tickets fundraiser campaign. Purchase your movie ticket bundles of 2 tickets for $30 on our online fundraiser page, and Regal Cinemas will donate 25% of your purchase to AGHR for fundraising. We need to sell 100 bundles of tickets to raise over $750 for our equine sanctuary. You can join our campaign and help us promote our ticket sales to 10 people you know. fun burger, simi valley - annual fundraiser event Our Monthly "Dine4Horses" Community Event is Back! Join Animal Guardians Horse Rescue at Fun Burger, Simi Valley, beginning on August 17, 2024 and then every second Saturday of the month for the whole year through July 12, 202, from 11:30am to 9pm. Show the flyer or mention the Animal Guardians Horse Rescue Fundraiser and Fun Burger will donate 20% of all food & bar purchases to our rescue. Dine-in, take-out, phone orders, and online orders are included with mention of the fundraiser event. We will also be bringing Dream Catcher, our AMHA Miniature Horse mare, to some of the events for photos with the kids in front of the restaurant. Follow our Facebook page for details.
