By opening your home to a senior horse with special needs, you are saving a life and showing love that our special equines reciprocate every day. Many of our horses are adopted within six to nine months, but not all are adoptable, requiring long-term or permanent sanctuary placement.

Dolche is a 37-year-old Mini mare with a blind right eye. She is a permanent Sanctuary retiree. Please sponsor Dolche!

Dream Catcher, 21-year-old miniature horse mare.

Rusty is a 26-year-old pony gelding. He was an owner surrender and is now a permanent sanctuary resident. He is boarding at a private home in Simi Valley and needs sponsorship. Look for Rusty in our therapy program in 2021!

Snow: A 29-year-old pony cross mare who came to us from a sanctuary closure in Oregon two years ago. Fostered in Simi Valley, CA and remains in our permanent sanctuary placement. She also needs sponsorship.

Sherman: 12-year-old QH gelding with navicular. This sweet boy arrived from an owner surrender in Temecula on March 18, 2022. Sherman needs love and sponsorship for his Osphos injections, joint supplements and specialized therapy shoes.

Josie is an 18-year-old mare who arrived in October 2023. She needs a teeth float and 100lb. weight gain. Josie needs rehabilitation, retraining and sponsorship!
