AGHR takes in another senior equine

We are excited to bring Skip home to Animal Guardians Horse Rescue from the Santa Barbara County Animal Services shelter! This sweet 20-year-old Quarter Horse gelding was abandoned and impounded to the shelter as a stray a few months ago. He is unilaterally blind, but otherwise healthy and serviceable sound. We are looking forward to getting to know Skip and his new foster caregiver in Simi Valley. Skip needs sponsors as we rehabilitate him and retrain him for his future adoptive home.
